These guys present almost all noteworthy tools used for Bluetooth discovery and Bluetooth hacking available in the open source world as of today : BlueScanner, BlueSniff, BTBrowser, BTCrawler, BlueBugger, CIHWB, Transient Bluetooth Environment Auditor T-BEAR, Bluesnarfer, BTcrack, Blooover II, BlueTest , BTAudit
 Update: Bluetooth Sniffer
