Thanks for sharing your presentation. I also subscribe to this type of delivery so much advocated by Guy Kawasaki, Seth Godin etc.

I thought slide 5 (on PCI DSS) was a bit too busy with text but particulary liked slide 6 – the pros and cons contrast works well.
